CHRISTCHURCH NEWBORN PHOTOGRAPHER
Newborn photography is an absolute passion of mine, from the tender moments shared with new parents to those tiny rolls, squishy cheeks and curled toes.
Those first newborn days pass so quickly and it’s a privilege to capture this fleeting stage for families.
Newborn sessions are typically photographed within the first couple of weeks, while babies are naturally sleepy and curly.
Sessions are relaxed and baby-led, with plenty of time for feeding, settling and cuddles.
With over a decade of experience photographing newborns in Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region, your baby’s comfort and safety are always my top priority.
I offer three newborn photography packages designed to suit different families.
Take a moment to explore the galleries below, and when you're ready you can reserve your newborn session.
FULL STUDIO NEWBORN SESSION
The perfect mix of natural and gently posed photographs of your new baby and family.
This session is ideal for families wanting a relaxed newborn experience with a beautiful variety of images of baby, parents and siblings.
Perfect for newborns 30 days and under, although the earlier the session takes place the better. Ideally sessions are photographed between 6 - 14 days of baby's arrival when they are naturally sleepy and curled.
The studio session includes full access to the client wardrobe for Mama and siblings, along with the use of carefully selected props and accessories for baby.
IN-HOME LIFESTYLE NEWBORN SESSION
The in-home session is a relaxed and lifestyle approach, the perfect way to show off your own unique style or just to be in the comfort of your own home, perfect for busy older siblings.
MINI WRAPPED MINI SESSION
This is a Baby only session, which is quick and budget friendly where you still get a gorgeous variety of images.
The difference between this package and the Sweet Bundle is that baby is swaddled the whole time so does not include those naked poses.
